Safety and the Health of our Employees and the Environment are of the highest priority. We are committed to being in compliance with all applicable OSHA, DOT and EPA standards as outlined in our HS&E policies and procedures.
We continually monitor our safety culture through the use of Employee Safety Surveys and Trend Analysis and modify existing programs or develop new programs according to the data obtained. We encourage our employees to identify unsafe conditions through the use of Hazard Assessments and JSAs and empower them to take the necessary steps to mitigate any identified unsafe conditions. Our Field Safety Coordinators are instrumental in furthering our safety culture through training of our employees and by giving effective feedback on their observations.
We believe that by maintaining strict compliance, working to create a safety culture and eliminating unsafe behaviors, we can give our customers the highest level of quality service which is unmatched by our competitors.
